| Details: | Demanded refund because of 2 week delay due to bad weather in their own area. Under misguided advice from eBay rep, I initiated a refund and advised this buyer to put return to sender on the package. Buyer left me negative feedback before their package even arrived. eBay sided with me on the issue and removed his two negative feedbacks. But alas, the package arrives back marked as refused, but with nothing inside. He or she pried open the glue seem somehow and took out the items. |
