Buyer purchased this item from me back in mid Sept. 2014. When the item was delivered, she claims the item didn't fit right and she wanted to return. I told her, no problem. I offer a 14 day return policy, so return the item within that timeframe. Then she emails me back stating that it wasn't worth her time to return, and that she was going to donate the item to a charity organization. I told her, if she changes her mind then I'm here to help her thru the return process. So, I didn't hear back from her, so I assumed she just gave it away. Next thing I know, almost 2 months later this buyer leaves me neutral stating the item 'SMELLED'. Thats a flat out 'LIE'!!!! The buyer never mentioned the item smelling, nor did she state that was anything wrong with the item, in her first and second emails. I strongly believe the buyer was just mad she didn't read my(sellers) description for correct info and sizing. When she finally received the item, and found out it cost more to return the item than what the items worth, she decided to get even and leave a neutral. Its buyers like this that ruin the whole fun in the ebay experience. The buyer expects us to send and return the item on the sellers expense. IF you deal with this person, BE AWARE, she leaves malicious feedback.
