I had the item shipped a day after payment, was shipped Registered airmail, Delivery took a long time.
Buyer was very angry that it takes a long time, I told repeatedly that it was not in my hands and had no control over the post.
When the item was delivered at last (a very expensive item) he opened a case claiming it a FAKE, I told the buyer that it was a serious issue and criminal activity for me to sell counterfiet items on ebay and the allegations were serious.
After several days of communications the buyer escelated the case and asked ebay to decide, Ebay then told the buyer to provide a proof of authenticity from the authorized dealer of the product or from the police.
The buyer then changed the pitch and claimed that the item was indeed authentic but was received broken,
ebay didn't take the new story and...
Of course , since the item was authentic and was just trying to scam me, he decided to close the case.
