Seller totally misrepresented his item. Called me an imbicile. Refused to stand by his product. Finally promised me a refund then cheated me. I left him negative feedback on E-bay and I have filed a formal complaint with the Attorney Generals office in his state. I am far from finished with him. People like him should be banned from selling on the internet.

This is his way of getting even. Big Deal He will get what he deserves for cheating me.

Item was totally represented correctly. Buyer was not called a " imbicile" Buyer was offered a warranty replacement as per terms of sale BUT REFUSED ANY ATTEMPTS to resolve. Buyer did not have to pay for shipping back except for a warranty tag. Refund was made in full minus cost of sale as per terms of listing.

We will let Attorney General decide if seller can refuse to refund my shipping when he clearly stated there was no charge for shipping. There are dozens of bad sellers list on the internet. If Seller wants to continue this, I will make sure he gets put on every one of them. I guess he thinks putting me on this list bothers me. Well, he has the reputation to worry about not me.

Not gonna lie, you sound like a whiny buyer. If he offers a refund, then take it. Maybe free shipping is what you received, but that doesn't mean they paid nothing to get it shipped. Also, don't expect sellers to "stand by their product", a lot of the time (and I mean like 90% of the time), sellers are just that-- sellers. They do not make the product and they cannot "stand by it" like companies such as Walmart, who would then in turn return to the manufacturer and get a refund. Individual sellers do not have this rapport with manufacturers.

Basically, stop being a little whiney imbicile and get off the Internet. Go buy stuff locally and cause problems there, you're better off.
