Buys brand new HD DVD discs, and then returns extremely scratched discs, or what looks to be discs which are really used. To reiterate, the buyer switches the discs from brand new for really scratched used discs. OR the buyer scratches the discs, and then returns for a refund. Goes to Amazon for a refund saying "did not receive the order". The seller loses money and time just to satisfy the buyer's needs, and is unacceptable for any seller to deal with: Beware of this buyer.....purchased on Amazon on April 2024, and received a refund July 2024 from an A-to-Z claim.
