Details: | Customer claimed to have never received the package even though USPS tracking indicated that the package was delivered to a person. We were never contacted in any manner by this customer regarding the two orders we shipped to him in one package at his request expressing any concern. Our first notice of any issue at all was a credit card chargeback, which of course the customer always wins not matter what as the credit card companies have no interest at all in protecting merchants. We tried email and phone calls and could get no response from this person. We suspect that his apartment complex accepted the package and then lost it and he knows full well it was not our fault but just decided to abuse his power with his credit card company to have us cover the loss. |

Stephen Farrar from Escondido, CA did the same thing to me. I have a pet tag company. He ordered 1 pet tag on February 23rd, 2015 and then another pet tag with a different engraved message on March 10th 2015. He never contacted my company with a notification of any problems with receiving any of the packages.
I did receive a chargeback from the credit card company disputing the charge which I substantiated. The charges were credit back to me but then he denied he ever received any of the orders and was then chargedback again.
Thank you for taking time to post your experience.

Denied knowledge of 2 pet tag orders and told his credit card company to credit him and therefore I lost money on his 2 orders.
