Buyer bought a 100% authentic Louis Vuitton Wallet from me that I purchased myself directly from Louis Vuitton. She left me positive feedback that said "Thank You". I, in turn, left her positive feedback. Boy was that a mistake.
On Thanksgiving morning, she opened a Case saying "there is something wrong with the item. I went to Louis Vuitton and they told me that it was a fake".
I provided the original purchase receipt from Louis Vuitton during the Case. She even admitted that the LV Wallet was authentic.
I lost the case and had to pay shipping both ways. I have a 14 day return policy, so she just didn't want to pay the return & original shipping, so she filed a bogus case to get out of it and eBay sided with her!
This lady really knows how to work the system. I then checked her out on toolhaus.org and she had 36 negative feedbacks against her. PITA buyer! Block ASAP!
