The buyer made false claims about product description to get a free return. The goods were then returned but not returned in the same condition they were sent in. The buyer took no care in packing up the goods and subsequently the items were returned broken. Ebay ruled in the buyer favour despite all of this and the buyer having used Special Delivery and being eligible for a claim through Royal Mail. We are out of pocket and have bad feedback as well as a defect on our account.
