Yes, avoid this buyer if you sell electronics or video games. This guy filed a SNAD claim saying the item didn't work but returned a fully working device only after flashing it with a different firmware and locking the device with a password so it couldn't be resold. We added his account to our BBL but he then immediately circumvented the block by buying more items with a different account with the same name and email address (mgmpgamemuseum4)

Luckily i found this page shortly after shipping as well as looking at the different address request from the paypal address & requested a package intercept.
