But if he perceives every detail isn't according to his whim, he complains, lies and threatens to the point of absurdity. We dared to attempt to collect tax on his transaction (as required by law, the IRS and eBay policy). So we got the third-degree from this guy. He recently changed his name from davidae62. He has something bad to say at least once on pretty much every feedback page. Read carefully, he says negative things in positive feedback too. I've sold on eBay for 8 years and this guy wins the crazy eBayer prize lol! **Feel free to ask for details in the comments, however, some of his harassment is too inappropriate to write in public.** |

And I forgot to mention: Long after the situation concluded and after he was blocked, he OBTAINED OUR PHONE NUMBER FOR NO REASON. This weirdo also said he has a security clearance and can "find out anything about everyone in your household by making a single phone call". Overall, I was very creeped out by this guy (he used sexual harassment as well -- right in eBay messages!). Ebay read his threatening messages and sided with us, flagging his account for harassment.

This person seems ok by their feedback but they are a weirdo. If you have the tiniest issue with them, they are a jerk. At one point they mentioned something about going through a divorce (lol no kidding) and that's why their account isn't as good as it could be. I'm guessing, because their account was someone else's in the past, its created the false impression that its a good account. This person was weird, rude and quick to bring up random irrelevant personal issues of theirs. I felt like I was in elementary school hearing a child say "my dad can beat up your dad". That's the maturity level.
