All in all, she successfully extorted a pretty much new mirror out of us.

This pleasantly well-mannered lady order a used mirror which was clearly labeled used which was nearly perfect for a used mirror. After installing it she calls the shop cussing out coworkers saying we gave her a defective mirror. We requested pictures of the issue which showed nothing but water spots on the glass. We offered some tips on how to remove the glass, was cussed out and hung up on. Then she emailed a nasty colorful email to tell me how my company can stick it along with some other fun descriptions so I offered her some money back towards getting some cleaning supplies for the water spot. She was happy to take it. Then she left nasty feedback on our eBay account with lies of an unusable mirror. So I offered her the rest of her money back to remove the bad feedback. Which she quickly accepted. She revised the comment to a "positive feedback" with some snarky comments in there just to add a little more salt.
