Did not read description of our items at all. Bought 4 phones which as per title and two places in the description clearly stated were locked to specific carriers then he started hasslefree returns on all claiming they were supposed to be unlocked. We had to refund shipping costs and pay for return labels, then our account also suffered a defect since he is apparently illiterate.
