Buyer bought 8 laptops and returned completely trashed units that didn't match the serial numbers of the computers we had sent (we keep very good records of what we ship). They didn't match anything in our inventory. Units also had the wrong specifications, old and broken chargers, etc. Ebay was of course, no help. Buyer won against our claim and we took at hit of at least $1500 in damages.
