customer placed order and item was shipped to depot for secure pickup as item required a signature. Customer refused to pickup the item as a signature was required to prove delivery. item was then returned to our store. Customer initiated a chargeback with mastercard and was combative at every discussion with our staff. We got the merchandise back but shipping fees of close to 100.00 on a 300.00 item had to be absorbed by the business.
