The buyer purchased a Lenovo computer. On receipt the buyer complained that the computer WiFi is defective. Here are the exact comments:
"Router has to be right next to device in order for it to work. take it to next room, wifi gone. Wasted two hours of my time troubleshooting with lenovo yesterday and Lenovo has ruled it out as a hardware issue. As your customer, I did not anticipate going through this issue. Yet, I am not going to leave any negative feedback, if a replacement in perfect working and cosmetic condition is sent to me overnight. As for as sending you back the current defective item is concerned, I need a prepaid envelope sent out to me so I can ship out current item either way. Thanks"

After this I accepted the return and sent a prepaid return label. When I received the computer I verified that the WiFi works upto a distace of 35 ft. It falls off around 40 ft. This computer has an older WiFi card which was described in the listing.

After the buyer received his refund he left a negative feedback.
