Jim bought £125 of Titanium car parts. Said it didn't arrive.
I chatted to the Royal Mail customer service said it may have actually been delivered as the packet wouldn't have been scanned if I dropped it into the dropbox on my industrial estate. He said it was suspicious Jim raised his dispute so many weeks after I posted the package.
He asked me for replacements to be sent but these are low production volume parts so I don't risk sending replacements and stuff just doesn't get lost in the post regardless of what customers say.
He raised a dispute through paypal.
I've banned him, anyone trading on his behalf and on social media to prevent further losses.
I'd say this is a high risk address, especially as it's a shared property.
