Edelassio purchased a Madame Alexander doll on Sept 19th. On Sept 30th I got an angry message from edelassio claiming they did not purchase the doll and they "would never order a doll like this". Edelassio claimed they did not receive any of the multiple notifications eBay sent about the transaction (end of auction notification, shipping notifications, etc). Edelassio held the package for 3 days before marking it return to sender. Edelassio received it on the 24th and didn't send the angry message until the 30th! In the message they even tried feedback extortion to get me to refund the money BEFORE I received the item. Edelassio also idiotically opened an unauthorized payment claim in paypal, so I could not even refund them when I got the item because paypal held the funds until the investigation concluded. Edelassio claimed someone made an unauthorized charge HOWEVER their feedback indicates they continued to buy VERY SIMILAR ITEMS (other Madame Alexander dolls).
