Buys something that looks exactly like the photo, that our site clearly states is not sold on approval, and not returnable. Calls to complain that it's not completely different, demands a return and refund, and then threatens chargeback, threatens to say bad things on line, the usual nonsense. At time of purchase, he agreed to honor the terms and conditions under which the item was sold. States he has never heard of a policy that items may not be returned anywhere in his entire life.
