It should have been clear to him that in the handful days that extended over the New Year, that his order impossibly could have arrived so soon from Europe. When we informed him that his claim was unreasonable and against our T&C, he refused to retract it and instead accused us of malfeasances. |

Wow, these people are pretty sensitive. All I did is ask when I can expect to receive my product. Unfortunately you have to go through paypals process to ask a question. I did not see anything to retract nor did I accuse them of malfeasances, what ever that is!
So I'm a bad buyer for asking a question, so be it!
