Hold on right there. First off, if your located in the United States, you are fully aware of what the policies are regarding international shipments. Regardless of where your shipping, 5 feet or 5000 miles away, YOU SHIP ONLY TO A CONFIRMED ADDRESS. Doesnt matter if you can prove the item was delivered, you have to prove the item was shipped and received at a confirmed address. If you submitted tracking information and the item wasnt received, the dispute would still be opened until the shipping was completed. ----No one else is to blame nor should be held liable for what you knew you had to do and the steps you had to take --- that was your own fault. The reason why he filed a dispute so quickly was the fact that he knew he had an unconfirmed address and you knew it was an unconfirmed address and when he found out the item left your possession or you couldnt do anything about the package being returned, then the dispute was filed. There's no way and its illegal for EBay to grant the buyer any refund if you did everything in the terms you agreed to. If they did that, then you can turn around and sue the shit out of PayPal and EBay. But its more than likely you didnt ship to a confirmed address so thats why the buyer got his money back...correct us if we are wrong.
