Bought two LED bulbs for $59.99US on July 26, 2013. Opened ebay dispute on August 11, 2013 saying one bulb is not working.
I asked him to swap the left and right bulbs. He said he already tried and one bulb still not working. Then he opened a dispute and escalated to a claim later. Then ebay made a decision and asked the buyer to return the bulbs for refund. The buyer must upload the tracking within 10 days. Then I offered him if he can cancel the dispute, leave us a positive feedback and send me a picture with the bulb separated (the LED section and the base is easy to separate) then we will send him a replacement. On September 2, 2013 he left us a negative.
Conclusion: The buyer received two good bulbs but want to get another bulb for free so he lie and said one is not working. Since we did not agree to send him one without prove that the bulb is not working so he opened claim and think he can get the money back using the ebay buyer protection. However, he need to provide tracking in order to get a refund. Also he can't provide a picture to me for a replacement so he decided to leave us a negative saying "BAD PRODUCT...MUCH MONEY LOWER QUALITY, .I LOST MY MONEY....." then we email him and he said "I SEND YOU MANY EMAILS AND YOU DONT UNDERSTAND ONE LIGHT DO NOT WORKING...IF YOU WANT A GOOD FEEDBACK SEND MY REPLACE..REMEMBER I CANCEL DISPUTE FROM EBAY, I TRUST IN YOU COMPANY ...THE MONEY NO IS IMPORTANT TO ME,,YOUR LIGHT DO NOT WORKING....SEND REPLACE OR NOT IS YOUR CHOISE....REMEMBER YOU SEND TO ME A ONE BAD LED LAMP.....". Is money really not important to you?
