Beware of this buyer, better block his eBay ID, and keep his email address on file.
He opened not as described case after 18 months of purchase from PayPal, his eBay transaction cannot even find under eBay now.
Called PayPal, PayPal said ISRAEL credit card issuer let the buyer charge claim within 2 years, I do not know if this is truth, but I strongly recommend that you blacklist this cheater.
