This information is false concerning Stephanie. Stephanie bought two identical items from different sellers, and returned the defective item to the incorrect seller. The seller in this case communicated with and even assisted Stephanie in correcting the issue. There was no ill intent on Stephanie's part. Please delete this post as it unjustly mars Stephanie's business reputation.

The information is not false. It describes exactly what she did, Kept the new item and returned old used damaged items she previously had. Of course, she won the case, tracking showed the item was returned, and got full refund. So she kept my item and my money. If she had a good intent why she didn't close the case, instead to wait until got a full refund, even she could sent money back.
She got what she deserved, for ridiculous money, she took the risk to let people know her bad actions.
