| Details: | Buyer abused the ebay return system by claiming they do not want merchandise from China and claiming they are all counterfeits AFTER the merchandise was shipped. Thus, buyer demanded refund from the seller and keeping the merchandise since eBay policy allows the buyer to keep the merchandise if they THINK it is counterfeit. WHY would the buyer be shopping NIKE shoes on ebay instead of NIKE website or NIKE retail store if they think most of the NIKE shoes on ebay are counterfeit? Because the seller wanted to buy CHEAP NIKE shoes on ebay and by abusing the ebay return policy, the buyer can get the merchandise they claimed to be counterfeit for FREE . BEWARE OF THIS BUYER, had done this multiple times to other sellers!!!! |

The seller is in breach of ebay contact by providing customer detailed. The seller can also be sued for giving out personal information. Ebay has done this before to seller who uses this site. Been providing all buyer who personal information leak to eBay. So ebay can take action on this site and the seller.
