Ouch, that's gonna hurt him. Allegedly he likes to sue people for nothing. He keeps on refusing to ship goods outside of the United States, but I guess he's OK with buying from overseas sources. I did not know that he is that dishonest. As far as I know he's a son of the man who has established Century21, so he should have been more careful.

Submit a postal search application with your local postal service in Europe and after several weeks they will send you a letter with delivery confirmation, which you can use in (small claims) court as proof of delivery. Also beware, parts of the United States Postal Service (USPS) allegedly are corrupt to the bone. Send all mail to the U.S. using postal parcel with full insurance and full tracking. It's costly but it works like the Registered Mail should work: full tracking and full insurance. Never use Registered Mail for items sent to the USA ever!

USPS frequently returns foreign inbound Registered mail with an attached yellow "NIXIE" "RTS (return to sender) label even if the recipient's address is absolutely correct! USPS management and even the Postal Inspectors were notified many years ago about this problem and they did absolutely nothing to resolve it. USPS is allegedly drowning in corruption and mismanagement and decade after decade USPS keeps on claiming losses after losses, never making a profit. What can one expect from such organization which belongs in the Third World?
