Customer ordered a part, installed it, used it, changed his mind, found out it was not returnable once installed and used so he opened a case claiming the item was not as described. Then he returned it incomplete and un-unsable and certainly not re-sellable but eBay took all the money from us and gave it back to him since he abused the eBay case system. They also billed US for the return label to pour salt in the wound!!!
