First, she said she did not like the item, and wanted me to give her a partial refund, which I found out was against ebay policy. I told her I could not give her a partial refund. Then she said my item was not as I described it. She said it had scratches, and damage, which I did not describe on the site. Which it didn't. I told her just to ship it back to me and I would give her a full refund. She said it was too much trouble to ship it back to me. I reported it to ebay, but they would not help me. I ended up sending her a full refund including the shipping, and she kept the item. Then I deleted her from every purchasing anything from me. I did put on her feedback BEWARE, then she contacted ebay and they took the BEWARE off of her site, and took her comment off of my site. I had 100% feedback, and ebay did not change my feedback to the 100%. All you can do is try to file a claim against her. I hope ebay treats you more fair than they did me.
