Knowing he read and signed the terms and conditions of the sale, he knew the shipment time of the product. The second we told this idiot the item ships, he starts complaining over his $5 item on why it took 3 business days to ship out. Emails goes to our website the works. Then this ahole files a dispute claiming not as described without contacting company, knowing full well he completed a sales order and signed a document, so knowing how to contact our company was clear to this 0 IQ idiot. Makes all different types of BS statements saying how his $2 cell phone only lasted 1/2 hour. Starts making up BS statements which were not advertised nor stated anywhere on the product's advertisement, that the battery should have had this amount of power. Openly admits the battery worked and was compatible with his system and yet still files a dispute claiming not as described when he has no proof the item was not as described. This person has been nothing but a MFing pain in the ass since day 1. For a $5 item. |

FOLLOWUP : This person is the biggest scumbag out there. Nothing but a lying BS artist. Every single excuse he puts as a reply to his fraud dispute we come back with documented evidence. Then he comes up with another BS claim, same thing reply back and once again its thrown back in his face. So this moron escalates claim with his final response with nothing but name calling and nothing else.
This NY idiot, says the item isnt compatible, then 2 replies back he says he had it working for 30 minutes, says that the advertismeent said the battery was a certain amount of power, caught in another lie, because it doesnt state the power output of the battery. States the name of the cell phone he has, makes yet another lie and we reply back saying that (1) you stated on the invoice you read the advertisement prior to paying for it and (2) you read the policies. And yet the advertisement didnt state that it was the phone this idiot had.
Just about every excuse this lying bs artist came up with to justify his fraud, we shot down immediately. Just got the battery was too stupid enough to know that you had to charge the battery prior to usage, thinking that he could just tear open the package stick the battery in and expecting the battery to be fully charged, is just an example of how stupid idiots people from where he lives is!

TRUE DEFINATION OF A NEW YORK LOSER : So despite to steal a $3 battery, this loser now files another claim saying that someeone stole his PayPal account to purchase the item. Despite the item being still shipped to the confirmed address on the account and this moron putting up a bullshit argement for nearly a 1/2 hour, he shows how pathetic he is by now trying to commit mail order fraud by saying someone else used his paypal account.
