Details: | bought an item and either didn't care for it or was trying to scam me. Who knows-- what I do know is that they started off telling me that they expected me to respond to their nasty message within 24 hours. I tried to be civil and offer an explanation of how to properly put together the item (it was a DIY projector) or simply return the item for a refund. Later messages demanded they be refunded. When I asked why so hostile, they started claiming I was being condescending. Very rude in general and acted like I was the problem from the start. AVOID AVOID AVOID. |

The reason why they do it, was to try to scare you into giving to the moron's scam. They wanted an immediate refund and steal the product from you. First you dont know the person from a whole in the wall, so you dont have to do anything whatsoever. As long as the buyer is in possession of the item, you dont have to do squat. Dont send him a prepaid shipment label nothing. As long as he has they item, your not legally entiled to do anything regardless. They will make threats, act all stupid, in order to play on your ethics to steal the product. Save the messages and use it against the buyer, clearly stating the buyer is attempting to circumvent your policies and PayPal's as well. PLay the buyer's game and simply say "your trying to scam me and im sending all the docs to PayPal" Tell the Ahole point blank, you dont send it you dont get nothing. If the ahole files a dispute, well guess what he doesnt get aything until the product is returned. The person was clearly trying to scam you by wanting the product for nothing.
