This customer (petrushenka10071) purchased our item: 260848894821 on 8th Mar 2012. We had sent him the goods on 10th Mar 2012, tracking number: RA144896297HK, by registered air mail through Hong Kong Post.
petrushenka10071 sent us email on 17th Mar 2012, to ask for full refund in a short time (7 days) after parcel was sent.
I have listed in the ebay listing that it can take up to 18 working days to ship. I have tried to resolve the case with him by explaining to him that it takes time for shipment. To show that he will receive the item very soon, I had also emailed him the "Certificate of Posting" issued by the Hong Kong Post. However, he had escalated a refund request through eBay (case reference: 5015633489) and eBay finally issued him a full refund. I lost the goods, eBay fee, Paypal fee and shipping fee.
It shows that he is trying to abuse the eBay Buyer Protection to obtain a refund to benefit himself. I had made complaint to eBay but no response from eBay.
