You can go back and sue her credit card company. The third time was arbitation, and thats where these credit card company's and banks are fucking scum bags that they will screw over the seller each and every time. It doesnt cost the buyer anything to do what ever they want including stealing, the seller has to jump through these bullshit fees like chargeback 2nd chargeback and arbiration al because the outcome the cunt doenst like. You should just send her ass to collections and tack on all the fees this bitch did. After the first chargeback, you should have already begun the legal process. She's done it before no doubt.
