Purchased custom products, when they received it they said they didn't read the listing or know what they were doing and started bullying for a refund, even made a case on Etsy to try to get a refund, making up blatant lies (which I was able to prove were blatant lies) to try to win their case. Steer clear of this terrible customer, avoid the headache.
