Purchased two items and paid then wanted me to combine after paying. All my sales say wait for me to combine. Promised me two negatives if I did not allow the combinding of the auctions by my refunding him some of his shipping.
I mailed seperately and he waited 55 days to leave me two negatives - which Ebay refused to reverse - even with his prior threats.
He said I was selling old food - yet nothing expired until April 2012 - a full 8 months away from the time he originally bought them.

Not true. I accidently purchase the same item twice from r_favorite_stuff on eBay. I requested to cancel one of the items. He said:

"You can cancel it once you pay my listing fees for the item - which inclues, the listing amount and my payment to someone to list it, plus the extra amount of time to process the cancellation. I can get my selling fees back once you agree to the cancellation. I will send you a pay pal request for money if you agree. The cancellation fee for my listing costs is $1.00, please advise is you still wish to cancel and send me your pay pal address."

After I made both purchases, I left this feedback for both items:

"old, clumpy, tasted horrible, cute bottle,"

You never said anything about purchasing accidently, perhpas you should go back and review your emails. I don't mind a cancel if you pay the $1.00 fee which is a lot cheaper than the item and the shipping combinded together.

You waited 55 days to leave the negatives. If they were truly old and clumpy you would have left the feedback immediately. You used them, enjoyed them and then decided to back up your emails.

How do you accidently purchase two items when there are 2 steps in the purchasing of a buy it now item. First you must press the buy it now button, then you must comfirm.

Perhaps you are old and clumpy and a horrible person - which in this case I am bound to agree with.
