Buyer reported the ipod as broken because "mass storage device not working properly". I know for a fact that it worked in the USB port because I charged it with my laptop before sending it to them. Buyer claimed it was broken, stating "After charging for two days (first messages was there was no battery power) finally charged then would not play ,I connected the device to two different computers and both said that the ipod had ( mass storage device not working properly) I am sorry several different cords headphones nothing works . I`ve wasted lots of time on this would appreciate a return. Thank you , if you fix the problem then I will buy it back but I am not tech savy this was a gift " I refunded them and looked at it and it's not broken at all. I erased all data the buyer may have put on there to break it and put a song on there after they returned it to me, and it played, so it worked, but this still may be a scam they might have tampered with this item. The buyer threatened to give me a bad review for trying to help them with their problem. I told them it works fine for me because they originally stated if I fixed it or got it to work they would buy it back from me, and the buyer refused to do so after I refunded them. There was never anything wrong or broken with this item, but the buyer claimed there was so I refunded them. They violated: Ebay's buyer protection which states " Claiming an item isn't as described in the listing in order to circumvent a seller's return policy" (which I had a NO RETURN policy, but thought it was broken because of what you said to me) and "Claiming an item isn't as described in the listing when the item condition is consistent with the listing description". The issue the buyer reported "mass storage device not working properly" Googled, is an easy fix, so I suspect they are/were trying to scam me. Please look at the messages on my account to confirm. I did nothing wrong, but this buyer is being ridiculous and abusive. If they buy an ipod from anyone else, they will have the exact same issue. This buyer lied to me and tried to scam money and a free ipod out of me.

Never purchased an iPod from this gentleman. I have proof. Documentation and all.

This same buyer just tried to claim I sent him the wrong item, telling eBay I sent him a raw 2008 Mike Stanton Auto Bowman Chrome when I sent him one slabbed and graded 9.5/10 from BGS.

He told eBay he was an MD, but my investigation shows he rents a home in Fresno. I'll be passing this previous review on to eBay.

You have proof that you didn't buy something? How does that even work? I didn't buy the Mona Lisa - but, I can't prove I didn't.

What does being an MD have to do with renting a house? Are you implying that all MDs own homes?

Yeah... I want to see this documentation that you didn't buy an iPod. That has to be a fascinating legal document.
