Details: | Bought a piece of clothing, dress. Requested it be sent in a different name and address then she had listed on her information. Buyer was late in provided proper information for customs form. Package took 30 days to get to Malta from United States. At 20 days, was harangued by user for a refund. When given a refund from PayPal she complained that about how money was refunded because she wanted to spend the money on a card and not have it go back to a paypal account as an echeck, but did promise if clothing item arrived she would send it back since refunded the money. Item eventually arrived as previously stated, taking a full 30 days which is out of my control, as the seller. Once it arrived in Malta it went through customs and was delivered. Buyer then said, despite having a tracking number where it was delivered, denied it was delivered. Has been over a week of us now trying to get either money back or the clothing item, and communication has gone dead silent on her end. She took both the money and the clothing item and refuses to make contact. When she wanted the refund she was sending message after message about it. But now there is dead silence from her since she scammed us and has kept both the item and the money. She has other bad feedback on eBay as well. eBay will do nothing to fix this situation and told us better luck next time. |
