| Details: | Wow, what an a**hole. Ordered 3 2017 Houston Astros World Series Champions caps from my website despite description stating ONLY ONE AVAILABLE FOR SALE. 77 minutes after getting his order I sent him an e-mail notifying him that only one was available and that his order would be adjusted. Today he calls me and accuses me of fraud! I explained to him that he pending charge for his original order that he sees from his bank will go away by itself automatically, which it always does based on 20 years of processing thousands of credit card orders, and he said "sure it will" sarcastically, threatened all sorts of things and hung up. Leonel Venegas is a manager at Comcast. I am glad I don't work with this prick. |
