This person sabotaged my eBay order. I bought a David Yurman ring from an Ebay user called 'cjewauctions'. The David Yurman ring was fake. My jeweler literally laughed at it. I initiated a return and sent it back and gave her negative feedback that said "Item is very clearly not authentic". Next day Gina llano "llangin" buys a paperback 12$ book I had posted, sends it back sliced up with a knife in new packaging (I apologized and refunded immediately), then posts THE SAME FEEDBACK ON MY PAGE THAT I SENT about the fake david yurman ring I bought from cjewauctions. Gina Llano posts on my page "Item is very clearly not authentic". Both of these buyers live in the same area and sell the same product. Gina Llano (llangin) feedback on eBay says she sells fake david yurman rings. Wow. Just wow.

You should report this woman to eBay. Last year she sold me counterfeit Van Cleef & Arpels earrings. I had them authenticated at VCA at an expense of $1,200. They were fake. She was then using a different user-id (llan.gin). Her phone number was (914) 374-5371. This woman should be kicked off ebay. I am happy to assist. Please feel free to contact me.

Thank you!!! I reported to Ebay and she said they couldn't verify it was the same person (even though they literally live less than 1/2 hour away and sell the same product). I'm worried because before llan.gin posted the review, ANOTHER of my books sold (for $4) in New Jersey, right near the two sellers that conspired against me. I wrapped the book up in about 3 inches of bubblewrap and a padded envelope, and am just waiting for the message now that says I sold them a book sliced into a million pieces, and then can get more negative feedback from the same person. I'm happy you got her phone number. I messaged her to remove the content and that Ebay was allegedly 'investigating' her case, and she just didn't respond. I posted feedback on her page yesterday that she is a vindictive and dishonest seller. I'm not sure what to do next, other than just make a new account and start over. What did eBay do to help you?

I have some suggestions however. First, BLOCK all three buyers: llan.gin, the buyer who bought your first book and the buyer who just bought your second book. Second, call eBay and report all three buyers. Third, request the personal identifying information of all three buyers and send a demand letter. You should state that you know that the two are working together, that they have conspired to defraud and to vandalize and that you are filing a police report and have reported them to ebay. Fourth, the letter should demand that they retract the negative feedback otherwise you will sue them. Fifth, let them know that you're in contact with others that have been defrauded.

As an aside, I called eBay yesterday and asked how is it llan.gin is still able to sell on ebay? They took the info (again) about my fraudulent transaction last year, and apparently looked up your feedback. They said they would investigate.

What is the eBay User ID of the person who bought the book, and returned it slashed and the user ID of the person who just bought your new book? If you're suspicious about this new $4 transaction, cancel it and don't send the book.
