Buyer did a credit card chargeback for "not recognizing the charge". I contacted another seller who left him feedback and he did the same thing and took him for a bunch of orders totaling over $100. Ebay funded the charge backs, but it is still theft. I emailed the customer and never heard back. The account is now "not registered". Ebay probably suspended them for all the chargebacks. True People Search (.com) shows a Bruce Joseph Nimo and Janet Nimo living in a house at that address for over 10 years.
