Buyer open the case after I ship out 5 days and claimed that she did not get the parcel. I ship out within 24 hours after she purchased. How come she will get the parcel from Thailand to USA within 5 days with Thailand Post!!!?? It is normally 2-3 weeks for delivery. She tried to abuse me because she asked me to refund for combined shipping. I told her the price she got was already a combined price. I also show her the bill from Thailand post that I paid over $20 than I charged her. She was not appreciated but more crazy. The case she opened with Paypal was over before the parcel reached her. Although I still get the money but I didnt know why PayPal have to pay her. This women is the most terrible shameless customer I have ever.
