User bought 2 sticks of computer RAM from me with no issue. Over a month later they complain saying one of them doesn't work and asked for a refund. I refused since it was over 30 days since delivery. They left negative feedback as a result and made no attempts at recuperating their money which seems odd. Not sure if they're genuinely incompetent or what, but save yourself the headache if they buy from you.
