The buyer was not home when USPS attempted delivery. I asked him to contact his local post office about shipment but he didn't contact them and instead lied that they were unable to find tracking number. Dude, if I ask you on Saturday night to contact USPS, how can you know on Sunday night about what USPS said?
Anyway, he was able to scam me and get money back through ebay. He probably later went to his local post office and picked up the package.
