Purchased an item from us. Demanded an upgrade in shipping. We said no, but we will ship item same day. This person kept asking if the item would arrive before a certain date, and I told her it should but we can't guarantee shipping times. I gave her the option to cancel and re-purchase with an upgrade in shipping. She refused. Honestly, should have canceled the order anyways. Well, only a few days in shipping, she is demanding why she can't track her package. Well, the label was printed directly off the site, so we sent her the delivery confirmation. It was delivered on time, as stated. However, this person is way too difficult to deal with. We are canceling her orders in the future.
