This Buyer purchased a Sage Spray from us then wanted to return it, because of ridiculous reasons. First she said it "didn't smell like oil", then she said it didn't "smell authentic," then she said it "wasn't original." She writes in very bad English, so it is hard to understand what she is saying anyway. We informed her of our No Returns/No Refunds policy, that is clearly shown in all of our listings. She doesn't care. She just kept badgering me that she wanted to return it, in her bad English. I told her that we use Certified Organic Oils, that are quite potent, and the spray she purchased had over five of these oils in it. This is obviously a case of Buyers Remorse, yet she seems fixated on getting her money back, even though we don't offer returns. She also left bad feedback because I wouldn't bend to her demands. I told her that I would be reporting her actions, to all the Bad Buyer websites, and now she is threatening to have her "criminal lawyer" husband, read my emails! Stay away from this craziness.
