buyer first sent message if I can reduce the price on a fixed price item on eBay
I didnt respond - he bought it anyways
wehn item arrived he claimed parts were missing!
when offered a brand new shipment asked for 3 times higher refund on the missing (alegedly) part!!
then threatend to return the coffeemake! this buyer is a fraud
