| Details: | Bought a brand new figure from me ebay item 221306476304. As soon as he received it he opened a SNAD case saying the item was damaged in shipping and would provide pictures. I immediately responded to the case and asked him to please email me the pictures. He never responded and escalated the case 2 weeks later. Still hasnt responded to my emails. |

just did the same to me in eBay! Sent him a Headlight for a Mini Cooper and filed a claim saying he never received it! Just called him and told him to pay me back! or i would go and pick it up! I live 2 hours away from him.

Yea i dont understand the point of filing the claim. Maybe he wants to scam us out of a partial refund. Did you have a tracking number that proves delivery?
