The winning bid was $52 + $2 shipping, So $54 total. I paid him ASAP w PayPal. It took almost a week LONGER than when it was promised to get to me, which really wouldn't matter excited for the fact that; the DAMN THING was TOTALLY BROKEN, so 1st RED FLAG OF MANY TO COME, SO he wasn't honest @ALL about the condition of the item. He knew it was broken/never worked to begin with. I even have tons of text between the 2 of us, to prove how shady he was the WHOLE TIME dealing with him, taking FOREVER to respond to me, then FINALLY telling me to "PLEASE" send it back to him THE CHEAPEST way POSSIBLE. so my mailman & I figured out how to take the exact original packaging (with the BROKEN GAMESHARK inside "OBVIOUSLY") & with "the SELLERS" original labels & POSTAGE and basically did an old fashion: "RETURN TO SENDER" & even my VERY TRUSTWORTHY mail man explained that if BRETT "COLDPOPSICLES" didn't get his broken GAMESHARK BACK, like he keeps CLAIMING!??!?!, then it would of been sent RIGHT BACK to ME!!! Also by this time it's been almost 7-8weeks (2MONTHS) since His awful lying eBay Auction/BID!!!!!(1 RED FLAG, AFTER ANOTHER) So finally i try to get eBay involved & up to speed w all of this Procrastinating and LYING/SHADY games this guy has been playing, even after I SENT him back his broken game, he not only keeps REFUSING to give back the money, but he figured out some Loop Holes & he never told eBay ANY of the truth about how I "RETURNED TO SENDER" his package, which he convinced, helped, & even BEGGED ME to "PLEASE" save a few bucks by sending him back the STUPID PACKAGE "RETURN TO SENDER" So basically making it harder for me to prove that I did my part by SENDING, THE LYING, SHADY, JERK his broken item back to him, and REFUSED to refund ANY of my money back. But we all know KARMA is TOTALLY REAL and NOT to be MESSED WITH or taken lightly!!! @ALL!!!! So even though this: Brett Nogrady "coldpopsicles"(eBay) thinks he can get away with ROBBING $54 & being DISHONEST. KARMA is something that is not ONLY worth 50 something Bucks, but that's the great thing about KARMA, not only does it get ya when you LEAST expect it, BUT it ALWAYS EVENTUALLY WILL GET Those who DESERVE IT!!!!
