Details: | IN LATE 2001 WE SOLD A PAIR OF OAKLEY SUNGASSES TO THIS BUYER. UPON RECEIPT OF THESE SUNGLASSES, THE BUYER MESSAGED US AND TOLD US THAT THEY WERE FAKE OAKLEYS AND WANTED A FULL REFUND OR WE WOULD BE RECIEVING NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. FROM WHAT WE UNDERSTAND, THREATS LIKE THIS ARE AGAINST EBAY POLICY. HOWEVER, WE REQUESTED THAT A RETURN REQUEST BE INITIATED AND UPON RECIEVING THE ITEM BACK, WE WOULD ISSUE A REFUND. THE BUYER GAVE A US NEGATIVE FEEDBACK ANYWAY AND FILED A COMPLAINT WITH EBAY. EBAY ULTIMATELY PAID FOR THE REFUND AND THE BUYER GOT TO KEEP THE SUN GLASSES. IRONICALLY, THE BUYER REMAINS ACTIVE ON EBAY AS OF JULY 2022. AND COINCIDENTALY, THE BUYER CURRENTLY HAS ONE LISTING--A PAIR OF OAKLEY SUNGLASSES. UNFORTUNATELY, EBAY DOES'NT KEEP PHOTOS AND LISTING DETAILS PAST 90 DAYS THAT WE ARE AWARE OF. IT WOULD BE INTERSTING TO DETERMINE IF THEY ARE THE SAME ONES. |
