Details: | I listed an iPhone in the "for parts or not working" category due to a shattered screen and not being able to turn the phone on. The member won the auction and then requested a refund due to "item not as described". User claims that I owe refund because my listing didn't specify the exact reason it wasn't working. I couldn't even get the thing to turn on so clearly I can't say why it doesn't work. This was a phone I received in a large lot of phones I was selling so I had no prior experience with the phone. I called Ebay who recommended I do not issue the refund (allow the return case to expire) and that Ebay would decide the case in my favor. I'm skeptical that Ebay will side with me, the seller but hopefully... In the meantime, the buyer has left negative feedback and used feedback extortion stating that the negative feedback would be removed if I gave a partial refund. Classic Ebay scam. Do not deal with this buyer. If you look at his "feedback left for others", you'll see that this is common behavior for him. Do not sell to this scammer. |

This guy just did the same thing to me! How can we file a report against him and have him permanently removed from ebay?

Same exact thing just happened to me. If anyone sees this, please avoid this buyer at all costs.

This buyer just did the same thing to me today. I will escalate my case and include this website’s reports to help the case. He is going around scamming good eBay sellers left and right. Enough is enough.

Same here in Sept 2023…messaged him back stating that I knew about the posts on here too. Obviously a rotten person trying to scam good people selling on ebay. Reported to ebay as a scammer and cited this post.
