| Details: | Buyer purchased a computer monitor from me on Ebay. Upon receipt claimed it smelled of smoke. The monitor was an open box directly from Viewsonic. No one in including myself in my home smoke. Before listing the monitor, I set it up and tested it to make sure it was good. Did not notice any smell of smoke from the monitor. Again, I'm not a smoker so I'm 100 percent sure I'd detect the smell of smoke. Continued threats and name calling via text and voice, swearing, etc. Wound up reporting guy to Ebay Global Security and the Dallas TX online PD for harassment. Best guess is buyers remorse. Either that or the UPS driver was smoking when he delivered it. |

Every single bit of this is a lie. This psycho did ship me a monitor that smelled like a full ashtray. It had been used by a heavy smoker. It was not "New -Open Box". Honestly, it was too cheap to be that condition, so I should have known better. I requested a return moments after opening it and wound up buying the same model on Amazon for over $100 more just an hour or so after. This and all of his messages are just part of a psychotic deflection that included lies about threats, lies about fake police reports, lies about reporting me to "global security", lies about how he obtained the monitor, the works. Example of his pathetic charade: I told him to watch his (eBay) feedback in a text, and his ridiculous reply included "What do your mean, watch my back?? Is that a threat??". He knows what it was, knows the UPS guy didn't "smoke while delivering it", and didn't re-list it on eBay after the return. This guy should be on a bad sellers list. Or one for escaped mental patients.

BTW - I can substantiate 100% of the above; he can substantiate nothing. I can show I bought the same monitor for more money just after receipt of the one from his. So much for "Buyer's remorse". he can show zero threats from me, zero police reports, etc. He's just a liar. I'm sure plenty are born every day.

Everything is a lie to this guy. Monitor received damaged and cracked by half assed repacking. Funny, there was no smell of smoke what so ever. Total BS claim and abuse of "not as described" policy. Returned completely unsellable. Ebay removed his lying name-calling ridiculous feedback and fully refunded me. I have ALL of his comments and threats saved in case anyone wants to see 1st hand what this guy is all about. Have a look at his feedback (kham08) and you will see multiple instances of him claiming the sellers are lying. He knows how to abuse the "not as described" policy and takes advantage of it. AVOID at all costs or prepare yourself for a big worthless hassle. Delusional time waster that should be banned from using ebay.

Ha! Yep, you're a psycho. I never even unpacked it because the one piece I touched left my fingers smelling of cigs. I had to tape it back up and stick it in the laundry room bc it was making the room stink. So if it's cracked (I doubt it), then you sent me a cracked monitor on top of it being smoked up. Nobody is reading this, and you and I both know that you're full of shit. Me to you: You suck at life. I win!

Hi again. Thsi was still up on my computer this morning so I got to see it again. Seems I've not done having fun with your psychotic ass. So.... show "all of us" all the evidence. Surely you can create a Dropbox link with pics. Please include the threats, the police report, the records of calls I supposedly made to you, the refund from eBay, the lot. Hell, any one of these would be impressive. Let's go! (Haha, still winning!)
