Alex Barvinsky is a scammer. Waits three months after sale and then supposedly discovers his item is the wrong size! Blames seller instead of himself for not checking item upon receipt. eBay shut down his attempt at a refund since the sale was three months old. But Barvinsky escalated return through PayPal getting a full refund for an item he was able to use for three months! Typical Russian scammer, beware!
